I would like to improve my flexibility. I have noticed that it is getting hard for me to touch my toes, and my body feels very tight in my hamstrings, hips, back, and neck. I will use my foam roller for five minutes one time per day. I will stretch after every workout, and I will do a YouTube yoga workout two times per week.
