I enjoyed reading your post and I would agree with you when it comes to organizations motivating their employees through monetary and non-monetary incentives. As became familiar with this week’s readings I realized that organizations that are stable and provide long-term objectives for their employees are the organizations that are not in a major bind if there forecast is not as accurate as accurate as they predicted. The reason being is that their morale is high and turnover is low, which can make for minimal changes is staffing needs. Although organizations have to always consider growth and change such as new department and or new program system, in this case the organization would need a strategic forecast regardless of the morale and tenure employees.
